Clients are required to confirm their appointments, if they plan to be present. If an appointment has not been confirmed via text, phone call, or email Pleasant View Skincare reserves the right to cancel the appointment to prevent no-shows.  A final appointment reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This reminder serves as a final opportunity to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee.  Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 23 hours of the appointment start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service(s). We truly value your time and appreciate the same consideration in return.
